I've been in the food industry for over 10 years β 6 years studying food and 4 years building my own mushroom brand from scratch. I know both the research side and the real-life founder experience.
I'm open-minded, a bit introverted (which makes me a great listener), highly focused, and deeply curious. I don't multitask well, but that means when I work on your brand, I'm fully there. And yes β when I read or research, I truly disappear into it :)
