Akvile Banyte Dahl - Food Brand Strategist

I'm a food technologist with a background in both the technical and strategic side of food.

I hold a Master's degree in Integrated Food Studies from the University of Copenhagen, where I specialized in consumer behavior, sustainability, and strategic food communication. This means I don't just look at food as a product — I understand how it fits into people's lives, decisions, and habits.

At the same time, I have hands-on experience building a food brand from the ground up. For three years, I co-founded and ran my own food business — developing products, shaping the brand, and bringing it to market. I've been in the same position as many of my clients: making decisions with limited resources, testing ideas, and trying to connect with the right audience.

I combine this hands-on experience with a research-based approach to help you turn insights into clear strategy — creating internal clarity for your team, strong and consistent external communication, and a positioning that supports sustainable growth for your business.
