In our first session, we go to the core of your brand. We talk about why your brand exists, the challenges you're facing, where you want to go, and what you want to get out of this brand strategy.

In the second session, we look at your brand as if it were a person.
- How does it behave?

This is a creative and fun session where we bring your brand to life using different tools and exercises. The goal is to shape a brand that feels human, authentic, and easy to connect with.

In the third session, we focus on the people your brand serves — your ideal customer.
Your brand can't be for everyone. So together, we look at the market and narrow it down until we find a small, focused segment (your minimal viable market). We create a draft persona that then guides the research.
I interview people who fit your target group — usually around 10 people — to truly understand their lives, routines, challenges, needs, motivations, and current experiences with brands and products like yours.
This is the heart of brand strategy. From this point on, we stop guessing and start making decisions based on real insights.
I also analyze your competitors to understand how they position themselves — and how we can position your brand as the clear "one & only" choice in your category.
Lastly, I explore food and consumer behavior trends that can support your strategy.

In this session, we look at the gaps revealed by research.
- How is your brand perceived vs. how you want it to be perceived?

These insights help us shape a strong, believable, and relevant brand promise and positioning.

In the final session, we bring everything together and create a clear plan forward.
